Description

Description: Learn to crochet using the magic circle and basic stitches. Work in the round to create a drawstring bag, perfect for carrying fiber for drop spindles or yarn for handwork.

When: The class is from 10:00 to 3:00 on Saturday. Please arrive ten minutes early so we can begin on time.

Where: The Fiber Studio at Compass Rose Farms

What to bring: Wear comfortable clothing. Bring a notebook and a sack lunch as we will have lunch together. If you have crochet hooks or yarn you may get them.

What is included: All the tools and yarn we will be working with. Additional yarn, roving and batts made here at Compass Rose Wool Mill will be available in our onsite store.

What you will learn:

• Basic stitches from slipstitch to triple crochet
• Joining pieces to make larger projects
