Land as Teacher
“We still do not know one-thousandth of one percent of what nature has revealed to us.” ― Albert Einstein
Many of us are hungry for a deeper connection with the Land we live on and a deeper understanding of the water, soil, plants, and animals that share the Land with us. We’ve become disconnected from the wisdom of our ancestors and struggle to visualize an abundant future. Through our classes, workshops, tours, permaculture design course, and consultations, we do our part to promote land-based living and learning.

Permaculture Design Course(PDC)
Permaculture is a web of the deep wisdom that humanity has accumulated over the millennia through a relationship of observation, symbiosis, reciprocity, and respect for the land. This is a 12-week intensive course offered in the summer.

Mythic Fiber
Check out our new Winter Workshop Series: Mythic Fiber, as well as The Gathering. Join us on a mythic journey as we explore fiber arts through the lens of connection to northern European ancestors. Together, we will explore this ancient path of fiber and reweave the cloth of sacred relationships with the plants and animals that give us fiber, tools, color, and myth.

Shrine Keepers
This workshop is an invitation to step into a relationship with living sacred spaces. Together, we will learn how to tend shrines, build new ones, and maintain old ones; whether in the heart of the forest, on your own land, or in quiet corners of your daily life. We will honor the wisdom of sacred trees, work with fire in ceremony, and practice the ongoing care that keeps these sites alive.
